How the directory works
How we list companies. Every listing comes from public Google Business data: name, phone, address, website, Google rating and review count. A company needs at least 3 Google reviews to be listed. We filter out locksmiths and key shops. City pages sort by Google rating, then review count. Nobody pays for placement. We don't check licenses, so look up any contractor at azroc.gov before you hire. Last updated August 2026: 81 garage door companies in 8 cities.
Garage door work isn't licensed the same uniform way HVAC is in Arizona — some companies hold an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license, others legally don't need one depending on the job. Check any company yourself at azroc.gov before you hire.
If you'd rather skip the phone tag, use the quote form below. Tell us your city and what the door is doing, and we pass your request to one local company. Not five.
Is it something you can check yourself first?
A door that won't budge or has jumped its track isn't always a truck-roll problem. Our guides walk through what's safe to check and what a repair typically costs. Start with garage door won't open if the car's stuck right now, garage door off track if a panel's hanging crooked, or spring replacement cost if you already know it's the spring — that one's not a DIY job, and the guide explains why.
